What experience do I need to own a pizza franchise with Timber Pizza Co.?

Our financially qualified franchise owners don’t require restaurant experience. With a love of people and pizza, you can learn what we teach.

How much will the Timber Pizza Co. franchise program cost me?

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $368,000 to $793,000 per location. This includes a $30,000 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund your initial business growth stages.

Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We charge a royalty rate equal to 6% of gross revenues. Royalties allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training, recipes, and the continued development of programs, training programs, and systems upgrades to guide you when you own a pizza franchise with Timber Pizza Co. What is provided as part of the Timber Pizza Co. franchise program?
We are ready and waiting for you to visit our restaurant and learn about our franchise concept. We offer initial and ongoing training and will welcome you and your manager for three weeks in Washington D.C., and your oven person for two weeks. Next, members of our team will join you at your location to help you and your team open your doors to your community. In addition, you will have access to our exclusive confidential operations manual to help operate your pizza restaurant properly on a day-to-day basis.
Are there any advertising fees?

Timber Pizza Co. franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum of 2% of gross revenues on ongoing local marketing, as well as $5,000 to $15,000 on an initial grand opening marketing campaign. Franchise owners will also contribute up to 3% of gross revenues into the system/brand marketing fund (this is currently set at 2%). Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials designed to help promote the Timber Pizza Co. brand.

What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
